How determined are you to keep your New Year's resolutions... this time?
In 1963 I made the new year resolution to never, ever, make again any new year resolutions, I've kept it all this time, I think that's pretty good going.
After being poorly prior to Christmas I am very determined. My main aim is to get fitter and after a scare it is the kick in the pants that I need.
I'm extremely determined!
At the same time I am still realistic. I know I won't make every single goal because I'm human and I have always seeked perfection.
I just feel like I would rather overestimate myself than underestimate myself. I have a long list of goals! It feels so good to cross my goals off one by one once I complete them!
I find that anything that you really want to do doesn't exactly need a "date" to begin such as New Year's.
Without the date as a basis, making a change in your life is much more flexible.

Will making a list of New Year Resolutions help you attain your dreams? Will your list be short or long? Is it a repeat of last year? Does it deal with character traits or hoping to attain a goal or accumulate some type of wealth? Do you believe the list will help you attain this?

Personally, my "drink more water" and "go to bed earlier" failed within the first...day, to be honest. These things never last! Is there anyone out there who's actually managing to keep their resolution(s) going??

Do New Year's Resolutions set us up for failure?Everyone makes them, but it seems most don't keep them. It's like they are, by design, not taken all that seriously? Do we set ourselves up for failure by setting unrealistic or too lofty of goals at the beginning of the year? Would resolutions be...
