If you made a New Year's resolution, are you still keeping it or have you quit and why?
I've stopped making formal New Year's resolutions. At my age (67), I resolve every day to do something I enjoy, take care of myself as well as possible to promote good health, to continue in my vegan lifestyle and to try and do something helpful for others whenever the opportunity arises (or I seek it out). That keeps me pretty busy and points me in a positive direction. If I happen to lose a few extra pounds or learn something new in the process...that's just gravy! JAYE
Its still early days.. I have kept a couple and am working on the rest... I will fulfill all of my resolutions this year.. lifes too short not to.
about 50/50 on it. we were going to cut back on carbs and sugar, mostly empty carbs like white flour, white rice, etc. were really trying not to have bread. we are still doing ok, but the sugar aspect took its toll and we have caved a bit.
