    The greatest gift of all is love.  (I would have liked to end my answer with that, but this thing is telling me I need a longer one.)

    I think handmade or heartfelt gifts are the best.  Something that says,"I know who are you."

    I think the perfect gifts are the ones that are sentimental or personalized to meet that particular person. A nice personalized quote on a coffee mug seems to work well for most people, Cups with quirky stuff works well for others.
    I actually make personalized gifts of all sorts. Everybody loves them!
