    This year in London they have the 2012 olympics.

    Since I've personally been to London I can say it's a great place to go. You could visit Hampton court, The London Eye, go for a cruise on the Thames.

    If you stay in Earls Court, your near everthing and also close to the underground which is the only way you can get around the city.
