All of it online.  We live in a rural area and the closest shopping
(Walmart, Target etc. ) is 90 miles away.  So rather than fight the crowd and spend $30 on gas, we shop online.

In stores on Black Friday. I consider that day a holiday in itself. One of fun and entertainment. Last year a woman packed a bunch of electronics into her cart, went to the check out line, turned around and said "I just lost my job so I need all of these more than you". Instantly, I couldn't help but laugh. The stories of what happen are amazing and the joy of shopping is fun along with being among a bunch of people for a short time.

In past years I've done most of my shopping online due to our busy schedules and mainly so that my children who usually shop with me would not see what I purchased.

This year, since I am not working and have more time, I plan to go to the stores.  I've already started looking around for some items my children want and when a great sale pops up I'm taking advantage of choosing gifts for family and friends.

I have some social anxiety issues so online usually seems to fair much better for me as far as shopping goes.

Usually the stores, but sometimes you just do get things cheaper online. Or if I'm shopping for awkward people, I usually have to buy online as what they want would never be in stores near me. Takes the stress out of the holiday.
