As an adult, do you still annually carve a Jack-O-Lantern?
Both my husband and I have carved pumpkins every year since childhood without fail. How about you? We are now in our 60s.
Not anymore. We now live in an area where there are no young children--semi-rural--houses on half-acre and acre lots and no sidewalks. No trick-or-treaters here, so we don't decorate at all.
Used to go to my daughter's house and do their place up, but now the youngest grandson is in high school, so he's outgrown it...kind of a bummer; it was always my favorite holiday.
Not as much as I used to. Haven't done one in a few years. It's hard to find good pumpkins around here. But is was good fun to do.

What determines how you will carve a jack-o-lantern face?Is it the design of the face that makes you buy a certain size or shape pumpkin or is it the pumpkin that determines what face you will carve?
