How many pieces of candy do you pass out to trick-or-treaters where you live?
(Assuming tiny pieces of candy.)
Oh, good, that's about what I give out--2-3 small pieces per person. I didn't want to be the Scrooge on the block if everyone else was giving a random handful or something. LOL Then again, given how fat kids are, a handful wouldn't be good anyway...
One or two pieces per person until the football game or a movie comes on and then the first to show up after 8 gets the whole bowl!
Hahaha I wish I'd been that kid to visit your house just ONCE when I was little... Jackpot! What a practical approach.
LOL - yeppers, I am sure that child thinks SCORE!!! I like to hand out candy, but after about 8:00 or 8:30pm - in Oklahoma City - the little ones have gone home and the big ones come - some drive themselves - then it isn't fun anymore!!

I've heard that in some subdivisions and apartment buildings, people can expect to get as many as 500 kids looking for candy.I'm glad I moved to the countryside and only expect a few as parents drive them from house to house. My small town has a Trunk or treat event for two hours on main street.
