What are your Samhain/Halloween plans this year?
My family and I are Pagans, so we celebrate Samhain. We're planning on going to our local cemetery to clean up the grounds. After that, we plan on having an Ancestor's Feast. What are your plans for Halloween/Samhain?
A trip to the cemetery for us as well, Daniella. We will pay homage to our family members there, clean up and leave offerings. Dinner then Trick-or-Treating. A nice bonfire afterwards for releasing and renewal. My favorite holiday. Happy Samhain!
We lit our Samhain candle at sundown, then I took the grandbaby out trick-or-treating and when we came home we had dinner and watched Halloween IV. To say the least, tonight everyone was a wee bit more tired from overwork than normal around this celebration. But my husband and I reminisced about our handfasting anniversary - 20 years ago tonight! It's been a beautiful life together; I have been thoroughly blessed by the Gods.
Happy Samhain, Daniella, and may you enjoy a wonderful year ahead!

Do you prefer Trick-or-treating on Halloween or a family get-together with games and treats?
