    Do you always make New Years resolution?

    I don't make resolutions, but I do make plans, and put them in writing. I also encourage the readers of my creative web sites to put their plan for the new year in writing, by commenting on an annual end of year post.

    I don't, usually, because I often never follow through.  Every year I say I want to lose weight...eat less of this..etc.  Then I end up not doing it.  So I don't have to worry about not carrying out my resolution if I do not make any to begin with.

    I generally avoid making a resolution simply because I don't want to fail at it. For me I always set the bar just a little to high so this year I am just going to try and be the best person I can be.

    not all the years, if i failed last year, this year i won't . 2014, i managed to achieved one resolution. So 2015, i will make 2 resolutions
