   Have Halloween costumes become too sexual ,even for kids?
   
   Halloween is now a day of freedom to do and dress any way you like. Adults enjoy the holiday even more than the children. It seems to be a time to let lose and escape reality for a short time. Should Halloween costumes be regulated,at least for children in public ?

   That should fall under the role of the parents.
   Halloween is generally celebrated on a person's "free time".
   Naturally if people are coming to work or school in costumes then dress codes might apply. However if someone is just trick or treating or attending a private party then it's at the parent/guardian's discretion. Little kids for sure lack funds to buy sexy costumes.
   It's usually females who want to dress "sexy" while males still prefer blood & gore outfits.I imagine we're going to see a lot of zombies this year!

   I agree that girls costumes are starting to resemble adult party costumes and I for one am goIng To NoT
   Buy my 5 yr old any of those.

      Parents may need to start boycotting costume manufacturers about pressuring girls into these sexy outfits.

   It is definitely my personal opinion that Halloween costumes have gravitated towards sexy and revealing in the last ten or so years. The whole idea of Halloween has really degraded anyhow, that it doesn't surprise me but I still kind of roll my eyes when I see a bunch of college girls stumbling down the sidewalk in tiny little costumes and huge high heels when it's damn near freezing outside.

      Yes, I have to agree that its not the same harmless fun costumes anymore.
