A Few Limericks

Updated on October 1, 2012

CLIVE

There was an old man named Clive

who liked to go out for a drive

His car had a bash

when involved in a crash

in fact he's lucky to still be alive.

WALTER

There was a young man named Walter

who exchanged rings at the altar

but when it came to

him saying "i do"

this is when he knew he would falter.

SUE

There was a woman named Sue.

who didn't know quite what to do.

"There must be more to this life

than just being a wife

but what it is i haven't a clue".

Poor old Walter, faltering at the altar, lovely Limericks, I can see that you enjoy writing them.

      Well done.
