Can't Stop Falling

Updated on June 18, 2013

I can't stop falling for you

You can't stop falling for me

The problem is we both believe

It was never meant to be

I need my freedom

And my space

You need someone that's always there

I like to keep things to myself

You always want to share

You hate my movies

And never read

How did cupid get this wrong?

I refuse to fall in love with someone

That hates my favorite song

Some would say that I'm a fool

If I let you get away

But loving you just isn't worth

The price we'd have to pay

Compromise has always been

A dirty word to me

So even though it hurts like hell

It's time to set you free

You're opening doesn't fit with your close. I was lured in with a positive open, then had my heart crushed at the end.

Been there, done that. If this was written from life, you made the right decision. @ phillydreamer, sometimes life is like that. Endings aren't always happy. But they are sometimes happier when there is some temporary pain to stop what might become permanent pain later on.

I've often wondered where relationships go wrong, now I seem to understand. Very interesting, writing style was just awesome, wish you find your true love soon as I have done, you'll know, trust me! ;) Bless you!

      Been there!!!!!

And setting the other free.. I believe is the best option for both .... or else... life becomes hell .... and the more time you spend.. the more difficult it becomes to get out....

      Nice write
