Come Sit By Me A While: I Believe.
Today we may go through life having overcome so many obstacles and are living our dreams;is it then so very wrong to wake up one morning and feel a little low???
Feel that the sunshine is indeed behind the clouds ?
Feel that our blossom paved paths have once again become a little rough with each blossom blown away by an angry wind ?
Feel so angry at oneself for feeling like this ?
Maybe at times we are not sure why we feel sadness but what we have to understand is that life cannot be sweetness and light at all times ;also we are not robots programmed to run around daily laughing and skipping the whole way.
Actually it would be a little disturbing if we did act like this;two great words which I often use are 'Expect and Accept.'
Expect to feel like this at times and accept that this is how life is and the days will be sunny again very soon.
I have always said that we have to experience bad times in order to fully appreciate the good ones.
Two factors that I always hang onto when I feel a little low is to keep hold of my hope and my faith .
No matter if I am happy or a little sad 'I BELIEVE!!!'

At times so so tired

A feeling of great gloom and tiredness

So why does my heart feel heavy?
I sat by a brook
gurgling
its
secrets;
I smiled at each word
sprinkling
and
glistening!!

The afternoon sun
danced with each breeze;
each Buttercup
promised
its face
to the world
each petal
gleaming
each secret
shared!!!
So why does my heart feel heavy??
A sweet promise
so familiar
so soft
leading my heart
to a beauty
never dulled !!
Deep in the heart
of my heart's belief
a soft haven of
Grasshoppers chirping;
the heather's sweet fragrance
so magnetic;
sweet songs
magically composed ;
sweet messages understood;
My path lined with wonders;
recognised and trusted ;
hope and faith
in abundance!!
I know from deep within
I BELIEVE.
My heart no longer feels heavy !!
