Come Sit By Me A While: My Life I Share.
Well today maybe a little cold but a day to savour that fresh Christmas air;oh how I inhale and treasure.
Each moment, each wonder which is so selflessly shared by our amazing Mother Nature.
From when I was knee high I have loved the countryside from valleys to mountains and forests to streams. Each one filled with a magical beauty;it has to be savoured to truly appreciate the awesome wonder.
Fields are not just green expanses;as you walk through open your eyes;your ears and most importantly your heart.
My childhood days were very troubled ; very bleak but one thing I always knew was that Mother Nature's kingdom would always be the same .
Along with my beautiful Beagle Lassie I would go exploring and would spend hours in the bosom of Mother Natures unconditional and beautiful love for all in her kingdom.
This has stayed with me and today I feel such a strong connection with The Cherokees which led to me publishing my first Ebook 'Sunshine Ray and I'.A story of a little girl abused and being rescued by the Cherokees and my Beagle Lassie of yesterday has become Laddie the wolf.
Now then didn't I tell you that our warm thoughts would keep us warm and isn't this beautiful Christmas sunshine so magical and what better time to contemplate and be thankful for each blessing in our lives.
Here are our mugs of tea and coffee, also some Mince pies and biscuits.
Let's just forget those waistlines for today. Now then are we all sitting comfortably?
Now then I shall begin ........................................................
The dawn is breaking
as I make my way
To Mother Nature's Kingdom
come what may.............................
I sit on a hill
higher than all
counting my blessings
so many to call..........................
By my side lay Laddie
keeping me warm
my heart so proud
each blessing so tall..............
The snow capped hills
awesome in beauty
each one I share
my heart so happy............
My family I see
from way up high
Oh how I love them
so rich my cry..................
Each shrub so colourful
but also hardy
it doth withstand
those days so windy.............
so warm and inspiring
each heart inviting............................
I walk through the forest
treading so softly
mesmerised by surrounding magical tones.
My Laddie by my side never to leave.
Together we taste that
new day's dawning;
the ground so crisp
in a winter's promise
our hearts beating
as one forever.
As we walk through the midst of a sleeping haven
I know I am safe
yes safe and sound.
Sunrise passes as we sit so high;
each fluffy white cloud
I can almost touch.
Another day has stirred
as Ireturn to my haven
surrounded by beauty
as Mother Nature
caresses my heart
as I hold
so close to my heart!!!
The air so warm
from deep true love
in each eager heart.
My man returns
my heart brimming over.
Our very own love story
in tender pride;
which I share with you all.
My love now doth fly
just like that bird on the wing;
Oh how amazing
Fear not,open your heart
All my days I share with thee
Learning how to love
Learning how to trust
I feel so rich,so honoured,so humble
Never ever to be hurt again
Love is a wonder to fill each heart
Over and over again
Volumes of emotions flying high
Everyday I love thee more.
With all my heart
In each wondrous moment
My heart never knowing such bliss
I hold thee close to my heart forever
While allowing our love to breathe
So so precious
To be moulded
With sweet gentle touches
We sprinkle with blessings so clear
Sweetly caressing that first gentle kiss
Flying on the wings of a dove
Gentle breezes swelling
Oh how sacred
I have found my niche............
I have tasted true love
a love to thrive eternally..................
I now expect.............
I now accept...............
I will always appreciate...............
Well I hope you all enjoyed your visit even though you did eat all my Mince Pies Ha ha!!!
Take care and enjoy your run up to Christmas .
Lots of love.
A beautiful poem by my friend Debbie which so beautifully shares a heart and soul.
