Heartness
Heartness my favorite word.
It cannot be defaced by any other meaning,
Its intent is focused and infinite.
Unlike Love who's integrity is lost when
You love me, then love your car, or the food in your mouth.
Your message is weakened by sensory desire,
And confused by temporary satisfaction.
What do you think love is?
What has it become?
From the breath of great angels
Flows Heartness in volume.
Untainted by the morose
Never hardened by separateness.
And igniting reflection
Of our divine exquisite beauty.
At the core of each one of us
The nectar that sates our longing
As a fuel for reunion
With our precious Selves
Is the state of Heartness.
