Updated on November 7, 2018

Would Be Nice if You Listen to This Song as You go...thanks!

Is us or them? Humans after all!

I Am Only Human!!

Start with a heart beat announcing some miracles of life

That comes in full swing.

Whoever created

this race sure knew

how mean we were going to be.

Human, and so easy to cause harm

human and ready to embrace the arms

with a warm hand

with a broken heart

I am only myself, just LIKE NO ONE ELSE!!

with the power bestowed since the beginning of times

learning by day and by night

always being able to show my humanity through my mind

Like a child who learns how to walk

been there done that, and survived through the dark past

my words captured a world in pain

crossing the seven seas; caping tearful rains

Seen so much that I wonder what's left for us

humans that channelize unforgiving threats

knocking down positive intentions when they face death

leaving the weak behind like a nervous wreck

Pathetically human... that cannot stop believing

In a tomorrow that will see us through.

Hoping ourselves that you will change for good!

joining the right leader that could SEEK the truth

Human and ready to drift myself into that inner call

no matter how bad we are, we've got a Creator in us

how sensitive when we see our babies being born

no Hezbollah, no Cuban, or Jew would refrain from that

Now you get the picture as we go with this song

humans that can make wonders like our own Sun

powerful, but warm enough to give us a feeling of home

Pakistan, India, D.C. and the fellows from far away Petrograd

You know we want peace, but twisted minds got to be undone

Whoever told us to write like this so far

must've known that I was right

humans after all... Love to each one

Like a bunch of brothers called in arms

we still have hope in our own Human race..!

You don't need to say that you 'give a damn'!

Kneel down and forsake your own blood...

Being kind enough to remember the one from up above!

LindaLou1963, you are welcome. Sometimes we think if this world has lasted way too long. We depend on authorities that are humans, prone to error and mistakes, but we have to trust our guts. Thanks for coming by!

Where in the world were you? Like Carmen Sandiego would say. Yeah! this piece came out easy. The song was the detonator..and we worked around the beat... and our whloe humanity came around to have their own saying in this piece. We are only Humans!

    Always exploring,

    You got a point!

When I say that all bad and good tremble and shout to the world for simple things like having a baby, we realize that deep inside we are all born with the same the environment and bad influence that determine our character whether is good or bad. Thanks for your thoughts!

Yes, we still have hope for our own race. We have that goodness inside, and we just need to let it out!

My little Pom, Sweetie Angel liked the music, he is still jumping up-and-down.You know I try not to look at the dark side of anyone--it bruises my heart to know that one human is mean to another.

I have faith in hope and kindness.I also, have faith that

I will cherish all your poems and stories.

You are a great writer, you have my vote-up, awesome and beautiful.

    Your Hub Friend,

A great tribute to hope: too often we think about humanity and end up in despair, but this poem reminds me of how precious (and painful) it is to be human!

    Hello Raciniwa,

The poem is a reflexion of our times. So much harm was done in the name of freedom and so much can be done to reverse the inflicted wound. But we as humans, a second class creation, cannot do good from beginning to end... unless we get the blessings of a powerful change.

    Flora Bree RObison,

I completely agree with you on the Echosystem part. Aeolic turbines are already at work here..near where you were born in Warren PA. I drove down the Appalachian ridges and the view is out of this world. Seeing this humongous pieces out of "war of the worlds" takes my breathe away. I think Aeolis Winds is well known in BC also.

Thanks for the visit and mentioned you in my piece about Thanksgiving, including Amy.

The song you've chosen is one of my all time favuorites. I haven't heard an instrumental before. I quite enjoy it this way too.

    Re: Your poem:

One of the biggest human failings I find is that so few people learn from their mistakes. They keep repeating them. Oh, and one you haven't mentioned-I think the ecosystem would be a lot more balanced but for human intervention.
