Like He Didn't Have a Choice

Updated on July 15, 2012

I loved when he kissed me

Like he didn't have a choice

The kind of gesture

Controlled solely by passion

Not by the mind

I used to laugh

At his silly interruptions

Of unbridled affection

Now I just wish

I could get them back

Sometimes we really don't have a choice, especially when the heart is running the show. Very nice piece of work.
