Poem - But I Do Not Worry

Time passes by and i have nothing to do
no place to go and no kingdom to rule
now the subjects are the king and i'm no one
there's nothing happening and my life is no longer fun

Been dreaming about the day when i would be the one
now i'm not even capable of saying that i am someone
nothing to show for a life not well lived
now i'm nothing more than an unknown kid

But there's no time for me to lament
because all i have is what i've always had
which is all there is and that is this one moment
where something good is still possible in a life gone bad

Yes, all that i have seen makes me believe
that there are still good things for me to receive
and i'm no longer naive enough for evil to deceive
only good things i see and only good things i perceive

Though i do not know where exactly i'm coming from
once again i'm back in this familiar place
but i do not worry, because i know that there are
still so many dreams left for me to chase.
