The Uprising of Hannibal The Great

Updated on October 31, 2011

Stump...stumble...crush crush...hannibal the mountain pass is too
narrow for our army...elephants and all,

The stakes have been made son...the roman sheath fails in our
presence...Punic War individualism is no more,

Have you no enthusiasm of what is to come...the mere sight of our
Carthegian forces move the earth from it's very roots,

We carry the banner of domination and rebellion crushing
nationalism...the Romans have no choice but to surrender their horses.

Sir...a majority of our troops have been lost in the mountain pass
crossing...I don't know if we will be able to fight Rome's waves of

Don't worry my son...the surrounding countrysides have joined our
cause...scorpio brothers beware you have met a match unbeknownst,

Hack and grind...the catapults pushed through the dirt toward their
destructive destinations,

We are nearing Rome...the battle is near...confrontations abound
around every wall and crevice.

Well sir we should really attack's just up the cobblestone
road...our armies are very confident of a victory rout,

My is an ambush...we have pushed through Rome's army and took
every other city on the way here,

We will attack their second largest city...lower morale you see...with
this victory is morale dropping jaws...the clip for our weapons to

The second city did Jericho on a warm sunny day...the
sound of screams piercing the air from men, women, and children
alike...sad really.

The manner of our sights are lost...visions now disturbed by images of
self destruction and greedy upturn...why us,

The Romans have begun to push us out...Hannibal my friend what
next...there doesn't look to be any way out,

Fight my son...for the honor of Carthage fight...defend your families
name and legacy...your superior pedigrees,

The sword was thrown...the arrows were shot...hundreds of thousands
died to give the last dying wish...freedom from freedom.
