Do you know how to create your own groups? If you go to your "My Account" page and click on groups, you can add a group specifically for that series of chapters. Then when you add each chapter, when in edit mode, go to Display Options on the right side of the page and assign that hub/chapter to the specific group. Hope I am making sense here.
Once you have that group open and put each chapter into that group, they will all show up below your hub. Readers can then click on "next" to find each chapter.
