"My patience & composure extends far, but if it wears thin and starts to disintegrate, then I will inevitably be facing an inexorable oblivion; standing on the precipice of madness, descending far from solace -- powerless to relinquish an abysmal fate."
I take it to mean that once you lose your patience, you will lose all control, not knowing where it could lead. Violence? Depths of depression? I'm hoping this a work of fiction? Best wishes.
