Inspirational, it speaks volumes to me daily, even in my dreams. Have you not been reading my stuff lately? I talk a lot about purple, even Lucy, my favorite Purple Lizard muse.

Love the actual color. Read the book once but remember next to nothing about it.

Purple is a regal, sumptuous color.  It is sensuous without being gaudy and/or vulgar.  It is the color of late evening at sunset transforming into night.  It is dark without being in your face and upfront.  It is a warm kind of dark without being seen as threatening.  It is a welcoming kind of darkness.

Purple is utterly majestic.  It is a totally upscale color.  One has to possess a high level of confidence to carry off purple successfully.  Purple is understated without being drab.  Purple indeed has a somewhat kick and pow to it.

Purple is enticing without being exhibitionistic.  Purple is a color of both introverts and extroverts.  Purple is combination of warmth and coolness.   One can say that purple can be aptly classified as an in-between color.

Purple is a kind of dark which is not associated with evil.  It is a good, even benevolent dark.  Purple is the kind of dark which is so ever enveloping and comforting.  It is analogous to a warm, deep, relaxing bath.

Purple is a mezzo soprano, husky feminine voice beckoning and seducing.  It is a smoky fragrance, a hybrid between floral and an oriental musk.  It is a color of classy and sophisticated people who are not afraid of the best things of life.  It is the end of late autumn with its earthy fragrance.

Purple is unabashed luxury and indulgence.  It is luxuriating in the finest things that money can purchase.  It is wealth beyond imagining.  It is the good life beyond compare.  If purple was a period in history, it would be the Renaissance when humankind came into its creative and thinking power.  Humankind at this time come into one of its highest realizations and civilization become more affluent, even massively so.

Purple represents the ULTIMATE best in life, desires, wants, and loving.  It is not settling for anything less and not being satisfied with anything less than the finest that the world has to offer.  It is being magnificent in one's being and power without any apologies whatsoever.
