can a poetry book be written in all caps?
capital letters, instead of lower case.
Why would you want to?
I suppose it could, but it would irritate a lot of readers.
Using a mix of upper and lower case is more acceptable and capitalised words can then add intensity (along with bolding, italicising and the occasional underline or mix of the three).
In my opinion, I would prefer it not to be written all in caps.
