I would like to know if you would write a hub on your thought process after quiting smoking
When you read that book and quit smoking how did that change your thought process. Did that thought process carry over to other tasks you have in your life such as business, relationship, personal goals etc...Do you feel you are a better person now then before and if so is it because you quit smoking or because you made a decision that has allowed you to have some control of your life...Just wondering, I thought I would give you a friendly challenge.

When I was reading that book I realised that I get no benefits from smoking. I just could not wait till I will be thru with the book and with smoking (author recommends to continue smoking until the reading is finished).
Then after quiting I kept majority of smoking-related rituals - just without the cigarette. E.g. going outside with colleagues 'for a smoke etc'
Actually writing a hub about it is a good idea. Noted.
