Can you monetize your blog at WordPress.com?
I heard people saying that if you add a plugin, you can do so right at Wordpress. Can any1 confirm this?
Well, yes, there are some plug ins that will make monetization easier. Affiliate Ninja is one. It is a premium plugin though (costs money).
Your theme can make a big difference. Some themes make monetization easier. I like Socrates and even wrote a hub about it. You can check it out if you like

I'm in the midst of looking for a Blogsite for a soon to be home based business. I will need to create and 'feed' the blog but as I'm a non-tech-savy-DoDo it needs to be easy to set-up and "operate". Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks ahead of time regards Zsuzsy
