Mostly my own, Nah..just kidding:0) I agree with Jaggedfrost and will add, from the heart and soul of life experiences we all have. They are buried for many, yet will surface with a little encouragement of my favorite red wine.
I love poetry that comes straight from the heart, that speaks of simple human emotions as opposed to those trying to make a political statement for instance. I adore Robert Frost, Vivimarie Vanderpoorten, and Eric Fried.
I really enjoy reading poetry from the romantic era, especially poems by John Keats! But I also enjoy narrative poetry and Australian poetry and I sometimes enjoy reading the humorous poetry of Pam Ayres.
I am a William Wordsworth fan all the way! Undoubtedly only Wordsworth !
I like poetry that is succinct, from the heart and to the point.
