Do you prefer your books be hard cover or paperback?
I am a Hard covered person!
For reading, it makes no difference to me. If I want to keep the book in my collection, especially if it is the first edition or can be autographed by the author, the hardcover is preferred.
I'm a paperback fan; they're cheaper and easier to hold while I read. But I can definitely see the appeal of harbacks.
I can see the appeal of both.
Hardbacks are nice, but the paper on the cover annoys some people so they throw it away. Hardbacks last longer, too.
Paperbacks are cool. They're cheaper, and easier to hold. Also when your hand gets sweaty from holding the book so long, paperbacks tend to be cooler.
Personally, I like hardbacks.
The cover doesn't matter, what's inside does! But if I had to choose hardcover since it lasts longer!
