Some people have read my hub and said add a useful but as I am new here I am unsure should I do the
can you tell me that when people have read my hub they say add a useful funny or whatever are they suppose to do the adding or am I ?

You shouldn't flag people's Hubs for giving you positive feedback. If someone rates your Hub as Useful, Funny, etc...it is a compliment. A nice way to "repay" them is to visit some of their Hubs and if you enjoy them, Follow them and rate their Hubs with Useful, Funny, etc based on how you feel.
