Being a comic book guy I have to say that WW would. she has superpowers after all. Xena would probably be willing to cheat, but WWhas proven that she is willing to kill if pushed too far.

Well, after Conan the Barbarian killed superman - he'd break it up and have a fine time with the both of them. . . .
Considering Xena is a warrior princess, while Wonder Woman is an amazonian with the strength and speed equivalent to Superman, then I'd have to go with Wonder Woman. Hands down! lol. Although, it would be a fun fight to watch for various reasons.
