No. You can re-write everything you wrote on your Word document on the text capsules of the Hub you're going to publish.

You cannot upload it, but you can and should be able to copy and paste what you wrote in word into a hub. Be careful doing so, because Word software does have hidden things, which are copied and pasted, when you copy and paste. Make sure to review your hub and it's writing contents, before publishing.
