Guys please suggest a few novels that can hold the reader's interest right til the very end..?
I just read House Rules by Jodi Piccoult. I was addicted to reading it! Really a great book.
Any novel by Jodi Picoult, she is an incredibly talented writer and her books are so well written they are difficult to put down.
Read 'Oil!", by Upton Sinclair. It's not only extremely good but is the novel that the critically acclaimed film "There Will Be Blood", starring Daniel Day-Lewis was based on. If you are also interested in the movie, look for the collectors edition and on the inside fold-out there is a passage from the book, and in the movie that passage is portrayed nearly word for word. It's really cool how books and films go hand in hand like that sometimes!
the jungle by upton sinclair is also a very good book because of the emotional appeal (assuming that's what helps keep your interest to the very end.)
Books by Nicholas Sparks are great. It tugs at your emotions and the ending is not predictable.
