Can I publish a hub using a children's picture book that I published myself two years ago?
I have a children's picture book that I wrote many years ago and published myself two years ago. Is it OK to make it a hub on hubpages?
I have seen others do so. I really like one who talked about how when you wrote many years ago, and what made you finally publish it a couple of years ago. Kind of like the story behind the story. I would be interested, let me know and I will read your hub.
Yes it is, I suggest that you use text capsules to split it up and use subtitle if you can. Pictures are always great to incorporate as well as banners. Whatever you publish on Hubpages is yours legally. People love to read stories, so I welcome you to share your story. Include your copyright at the very end. Hope that helps.

Has anyone heard of or have experience with Carter Press? They are a fairly new publishing service asking me for 30% of their marketing costs to publish my children's picture book. Feedback would be appreciated.
