How do you regard poetry as a storytelling medium?
Currently, we're in debate about fiction being a lie, or a generous medium to relate life-truths. PDXKaraokeGuy says "lie" in his Hub "What Is Creative Non-Fiction?" I say truth-be-told in fiction as no where else in my Hub "The Amazing Truth About Fiction". What is poetry?
I personally feel that it will get more attention, as poetry is much shorter than an essay, as such. Therefore, one's words must be stronger and illustrate a better picture, due to confinement of space.
