How do you come up with long tailed titles for Google ranking purposes?
Is there another way of knowing the best combination of keywords to use?
Without the Google keyword tool it is difficult and even impossible but I try and us SEOBook, but it is not very helpful so we are all grabbing around in total darkness unless we have Adwords accounts
