Love is the very pulse of Being. It is the yearning of the One for the One. It is a Birthless and a deathless Source, and you and I are part of this Source. Love is Silence, unspoken, beyond description and yet within the world in which we live. That is It's eternal mystery. Love is all in all.
"Both Light and Shadow, are the dance of Love." says Rumi. "Love has no cause, it is the astrolable of God's secrets." - Rumi. He then goes on to say that when he tries to talk about it, he becomes speechless. In trying to write about it, his pen breaks, and the paper slips away ...
There is a universal Source or Absolute that governs all. From the highest standpoint, this Source is One and as such Divine Love and human love, are part and parcel of the same Consciousness. When there is bargaining, possession, fear, insecurity, attachment and aloneness, it means that this same Love has descended into the human form and is having a different experience.
The Higher Love is free and unconditional. It must also be free and cannot be caged. It is boundless, limitless, unchanging ...and yet it descends in a much grosser form into what we call human love, and even there it can be quite sublime.
Just a taste of this eternal, immortal and transcendental mystery which some call God. So yes, ultimately, it exist in both lust and joy as very different experiences, as all are One. There is no two. In Love and Light.

The longer I wander through this forum, the more I think that religion is standing in the way of progress spiritually on a global scale. It's my opinion that the major religions have built a wall of doctrine that makes it difficult for the dogmatic adherents to find the exact thing they claim they...
