Writers, is reliability of the user interface important to you when choosing a writing platform?
Obviously, we'd all like a bug-free, fully functional online work space everywhere we write, but how important is it to you that the dashboard is logically arranged and that all entry, editing, and statistical analysis functions consistently work?
It seems like most interfaces, once you get into the guts, have a learning curve of some sort. That said, obviously if something isn't mostly user-friendly, why use it? I'd rather pay to get a good daily user experience than get a piece of junk that makes me mad, for free. Consistency is a must. Everything has glitches once in a while, so it comes down to how those glitches are handled by the provider.
