Judging from the wording of your question, you should probably start with writing your article in proper English, using correct spelling and grammar.
For example: your question should read, "How do I write an article that will get checked and published?" or "How do I write an article that will be acceptable to HubPages?"

I have been writing articles for several years. They are submitted to about 200+ article directories. If I use one of these articles for a Hub is it considered duplicate content?The articlesw are cre34ated by myself.
