      Hello Manatita!
It’s a pleasure to read your well crafted poem, with well chosen words. As always, it’s deep, thoughtful with the essence of spirituality.
I liked the thoughts conveyed by you in each line of your poem.
Beautiful quote to sum it up.
      Thank you for sharing.
      Thank you Pamela.

        Thank you, Chitrangada.

Of course this poem is 'right up your street.' so to speak. I first learnt from a westerner influenced by Sri Paramahansa Yogananda and my teacher is from Bangladesh. Christianity shaped me though, with my mother's love and the Grace received from Heaven via a Methodist school.

Ultimately, all is connected. Yes, as I said initially, the secrets in this one are in the title and the end. Thank you so much!! Om Shanti!!

Dear Mantita bro, as always I enjoyed reading your beautiful hub.

These lines are more than just beautiful. So profound and meaningful.

”I swoon in Delight, receptive to the gift of inner stillness.”
“You cannot be bound by Your own creation”.

“Some put needles…… Thy Light”. “You are with me……visible Not Visible”
    You and I are ‘One’

I also like the quotes by Sri Chinmoy and Rumi. It also reminded me of Rumi's two other quotes:

“The inspiration you seek is already within you. Be silent and listen.”
    ― Rumi

“What you seek is seeking you." ― Mawlana Jalal-al-Din Rumi

Thank you so much for the beautiful share. Another beautiful dedication to our sweet friend, Chrish. She is a beautiful soul.

Jazakallahu Khairan. Also thanks to Pamela for sharing.

Blessings and lots of Love to all of you! smile

    Yes, my Didi Ji

You have chosen some sublime lines. The message of this poem is in the title and right at the end. The deer runs after the musk in it's own body, believing it is somewhere else.

In the same way, we run after happiness in the material world, not knowing we are God's... that we are mystical beings ... that the Kingdom of Jannah is within ... not separate, for we are Spirit. Mystical experiences will teach you this. Increase your salat and Zhikr. Fi Amman Ali.

I hope you all are creating a beautiful day!!

First of all, I thank you so very much my friend Manatita Sir.
And to Ms Pamela for sharing. I'm sending power hugs and I love you both!

'' the radiant glint in Your smile, that supernal gaze, as if communion with the sweetness of the unspoken ''

I couldn't see that smile but trust me, I can feel it!  So much.
As I was reading the last lines slowly, (because I want my soul to really feel it and remember it) it was as if I am listening to Him addressing parable.
Your words Sir really helped my soul greatly to stay on track and stay awake.

In addition, perhaps what confused is in this life is that most of us thought that it's happiness alone that can make us feel satisfied. I'm glad His works always reminds me that life's purpose is about its usefulness and there satisfaction lies.

Thanks for the love my Beautiful sis Misba!!!
I'm seninding hugs and much love through the wind, I hope you felt the warmth.

I saw the smile, yes, and the first stanza is very real. I sat at the feet of a God-man for 40 years! Yet Spirit laughs in the moon and in the daffodils of Spring ... She shines in the cheeks of the child and in the throes of human love.

Yes, happiness lies in the soul's development while in the Drama, as long as it is not enslaved by, or attached to the Drama. We cannot bind that which is already free. Love if you must, but do not cling. Grasping results in pain and sorrow. I have covered these in my last poem called Ego and Possession.

Love you though. I'm not here to give you heavy thoughts, but to console you ... to say you're doing well; to remind you of your innate ability to see the Light and to inspire you to carry on. We are all the Mother's instruments. Much Love.
