Pride and Prejudice! I'm a lover of Mr. Darcy! haha What about you guys?
Pride and Prejudice is a classic! I read this novel twice in a year. I also like "Emma"
Same here that really is the best one out of all of her novels.
btw, welcome to HP. nice to see some Jane Austen fans in the forums.
now you're making me want to go sip some tea and read!
Pride and Prejudice, closely followed by Sense and Sensibility.
Well, Jane Austen depicted the ultimate dream of a woman (at least at that time) to marry a rich guy and a nice one too! This novel is very emotional, easy to read and I love it too! How realistic? I don't know. Could Mr.Darcy in real life change so much? And how could Lizzy be so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o important to him, that he was ready to forsake his family pride for her? I don't think so. A nice fantasy though. Love it.

“Sitting with her on Sunday evening — a wet Sunday evening — the very time of all others when if a friend is at hand the heart must be opened, and everything told…” ― Jane Austen, Mansfield Park
