if the truth be told....BOTH a beautiful room/environment that is clean always looks beautiful, whether the things that accent it are expensive or not!

I clean for both. I hate a dirty house: the way it looks, smells and feels. Not cleaning and fixing problems in the home just makes it worse too!http://www.fiveboromoldspecialist.com and http://www.epa.gov/mold/moldresources.html on being cleaner.

Both, actually. The kitchen and bathroom can have a lot of germs. It does help, however, if they are also pretty when they're done. Everything else I would guess is more for beauty.
