As a potential home buyer, what tools and informaiton do you want in a web site.
When you search on-line what tools and resources would assist you in your research?
INFORMATION RELATED TO MARKET AND INCOME WHICH HELP US TO INCREASE OUR INCOME AND ALSO THE TOOLS WHICH ARE MOST DEMANDING IN HOMES AT A VERY LOW RATE......$$$$$
I would want to know what sort of people live in the area, so an up to date demographics tool would be useful. I would want to know where the local schools are, and when I click on a particular property I would want to know in which catchment area it is - accurate information is vital. I want to know which shops are on the high street, and how far the train/bus/tubes are. I want to know the crime rates. If the property being sold says drive available with planning consent I want to know which houses on the street already have it so I know its possible. The list is endless!!!! Or maybe I'm just fussy!!
