That's a thought provoking question.
I guess if you have a beach front house and this global warming thing is for real then your property will become a bit soggy and lose value.
Then again if we are in a cooling trend now like some scientist claim we are. Then if you live up north and the winters become longer then your property may be more difficult to sell.
But we could even take it one step further and say you live on good farm land. Then an extended drought strikes your area. Everything around you could become dead and desert like.
Ethiopia comes to mind on that one. Once again the land becomes worthless.
Climate can have a devastating effect on the value of land.
I just wish I could think of a way that if could help you out.
