It really depends on where you live and the size of your yard. Around here the average rate is $25.
It would depend, we have acreage so it is quite a job. I would say if they have a riding mower, $40.
I would base this on minutes. How many minutes does it take to mow your lawn? Most lawns take about 20-30 minutes. I would charge $1.00-$2.00 a minute.
