Do you prefer wood or iron yard fences? Why?
If you were putting up a fence in your front yard, would you consider a wood or iron fence? Why?
Plastic is not good for the environment (and it's not an option).
I think a wrought iron fence (the fancy scrollwork kind) is the nicest to look at if that's an option. Otherwise, a wood fence beats out an iron fence any day.
I'd prefer iron yard fences since iron is stronger than wood, and because of this it is more resistant to intrusion and also easier to maintain.
Wood is prettiest but wire more enduring and long lasting. I would have to go for wire if we are talking a large area but probably wood if just a small yard to be more decorative.
I prefer the ornamental look of iron or aluminum, but really it depends on the architectural style of your home. There are some classical looking homes where a wood fence would just seem out of place, and there are some rustic looking homes where a great looking split rail fence adds to the character.
I would Prefer Iron because is more safe than Wood if we talk about safety. Someone can cut down wood which is not safe for home. recently I have taken fencing services from SW Fencing in Surbiton at my old home. They covered all surrounded area of my home using Iron net.
