How often should you replace your carpent in your living room?
Livingrooms have high traffic and collect alot of dirt and stains. How often should it be replaced?
You only need to replace it when it gets damaged. Dirt and stains can typically be cleaned. It's probably a good idea to rent a carpet shampooer a couple times a year and vacuum regularly as well as treat stains promptly so they don't set, but you don't need to replace your carpets on any schedule. Depending on care, they can easily last several decades.
