Where is the best source for obtaining a lease to rent a home?
I'm looking to rent out a home I own and I'd like to know if leases from sites like LegalZoom are suitable or if it's best to pay a lawyer to draft one.
I feel it is best to get assistance from a lawyer. We only paid $150 for ours and we have photo copied ever since. Also I can have it specified for our properties leaving extra blank spots for me to fill in as I wish. This is better for us but we have multiple properties that we have different requirements from.
