Why should I buy a home warranty when I purchase a house?
Home warranties usually cover the operational aspects of a home, and even afer having a home inspection. The $2-4 hundred dollars cost will be well spent if you have to replace a central unit or even 2 or more items in a short time. This is also dependent on your emergency fund and cash solvency. Blessings:
When purchasing a home, you can ask for the seller to pay for the Home Warranty. Its a good idea to have, usually you have to renew it yearly.
