Why have Atlanta's housing prices dropped so suddenly?
According to Standard & Poor's Case-Shiller Index, Atlanta housing prices have experienced 5 consecutive months of double digit declines, as well as an annual negative decline of -17.3%. However, I see no explantion of this decline; does one exist?
