You will want to use a bleach-water solution mixture of 1 Part Chlorine Bleach to 10 Parts Water. This is roughly One-Half to Three-Fourths Cup of Bleach to 1 Gallon of Water. Be sure to wear a mask, Black mold is something you do not want to inhale.
JThomp42 is right but you also need to address the reason the mold is there. You must have some type of leak to get mold to begin with, killing it with bleach won't keep it from coming back.
