Got $0.68 interest on $920 bond in 6 years. is real estate cheating?
another real estate trying to cheat on interest. or, does that sound right to you? city: sydney/australia
We earned $687 on $90K, what do you think? In fact we were told ahead of time what we were going to earn. It is very common to have a poor return on your regular savings and government bonds. If we could get the same returns that the banks and government is getting on their investments, that would be awesome. It appears government and corporations would not be able to function without devaluation of our investment interest. I assume some know-it-all who knowingly rips people off everyday will answer your question, attempt to put you in your place and then try to make you feel stupid explaining to you the errors of your meager investment. I have to say it far better to have a safe place to invest your money even if it earns less interest than risking it on a professional investor who makes a profit off of you even when you take a total loss on your investment.
lucky you, we got nothing from real-estate after they kept $57k for 6 weeks - http://damodarbashyal.hubpages.com/ques … t-interest
